Residential development
Location: Fraddon, Cornwall
Status: Planning
We successfully gained planning approval for the redevelopment a large, underused garden providing two new contemporary dwellings.
Our design approach has been shaped by the site’s unique topography, landscape setting, and the character of neighbouring properties. Each home is carefully scaled and positioned to minimise visual impact, protect residential amenity, and ensure it sits comfortably within its surroundings.
A considered palette of materials and boundary treatments helps the dwellings blend naturally into the local context. Meanwhile, the landscape proposals soften the development, enhance biodiversity, and enrich the site’s overall character.
Together, these elements demonstrate how sensitive, context-driven design can make efficient and responsible use of underutilised land.
