About Our Practice
We are a design-led, practice that specialises in both traditional and contemporary, site-sensitive architecture that responds to its setting, whether that’s a coastal clifftop, a rural farmstead, or a listed town property.
Who We Are
Founded by Rob Simmonds and Simon Boulton, Atlantek Architects brings together over 25 years of experience in design, planning consultancy, and project delivery across Cornwall and the South West.
Our lead architect Rob is ARB-registered, offering clients additional confidence that their project is being managed by a qualified professional who meets the highest standards of competence and accountability.
Our studio is small by design, allowing us to work closely with every client and tailor each project to its specific needs and context.
We work on new builds, extensions, renovations, and conversions, and have expertise in sensitive sites such as Cornwall National Landscape formally the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs), coastal zones, and listed buildings.
